Avizele au fost emise pentru opt proiecte de centrale fotovoltaice \u0219i un proiect de parc eolian, cu o capacitate total\u0103 de 262,45 MW. Potrivit ANRE, capacitatea a fost rezervat\u0103 \u00een re\u021bea f\u0103r\u0103 a fi utilizat\u0103 pentru implementarea unor investi\u021bii reale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introducerea taxei de nevalorificare \u0219i a garan\u021biei de bun\u0103 execu\u021bie a fost ini\u021biat\u0103 anul trecut de Ministerul Energiei, pentru a responsabiliza titularii avizelor de racordare. M\u0103sura a fost adoptat\u0103 \u00een contextul \u00een care o parte dintre avize au fost ob\u021binute f\u0103r\u0103 ca proiectele s\u0103 fie realizate \u00een termenele stabilite, ceea ce a limitat accesul altor ini\u021biative energetice la re\u021bea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform legisla\u021biei, titularii avizelor care nu au renun\u021bat benevol la acestea p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 iunie 2025 \u0219i nu au implementat proiectele vor achita, la expirarea avizelor, o tax\u0103 \u00eentre 50% \u0219i 70% din valoarea garan\u021biei financiare de bun\u0103 execu\u021bie.
